** SPECIFIC DATES AND TIMES OF PRAYER MEETINGS WILL BE BASED ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE MAJORITY.

** AN ATTENDANCE RATE OF 80% TO ALL PRAYER MEETINGS IS MANDATORY TO COME ON TOUR EVEN IF YOU ARE ONLY COMING TO TWO STOPS.

Logistics meetings are essential to ensure that we are being good stewards of the tour budget.

There will be an All Team logistics meeting once a quarter and the logistics coordinator may reach out to you personally to solidify travel and accommodation.

God’s work should be done in an orderly way and logistics meetings allow us to do just that! (1 Cor 14:33)

ALL VOCALISTS WILL ATTEND VIRTUAL WEEKLY REHEARSALS FROM MAY 2023 - SEPTEMBER 2023 ( THE CONSISTENCY OF THESE REHEARSALS IS TBD)

THERE WILL BE TWO IN-PERSON WORSHIP TEAM PRACTICES. (MAY & JULY)

THE WORSHIP TEAM INCLUDES:

• ALL TOUR MUSICIANS

• ALL TOUR VOCALIST

THESE PRACTICES ARE MANDATORY

The budget for this tour cannot accommodate compensation ( We pray this changes in the future).

However, as a ministry, we are committed to making sure everyone who serves on this tour will be covered for travel and accommodation. The logistics team will ensure that all flights, hotels/airbnb, and food is taken care of by HAVEN Missions

** Reminder: This is not a maverick city tour.
This tour is the equivalent of a mission trip. We will do our best to ensure that everyone is comfortable. However, there may be a need to share and practice patience throughout the tour.
