Having a clear vision for your campus as you enter the semester is vital because vision shapes your approach to everything you do throughout the term. As a minister on your campus, your role is not just to come up with ambitious or grand ideas. Instead, your ideas should point toward the vision that God has revealed to you.

Before you come to Leadership Advance, I want you to prayerfully seek God about the vision for your campus. Ask Him what He wants to accomplish on your campus. Ask Him what His heart is for the souls on your campus. Write down what you hear, and we will discuss it at Leadership Advance.
